Our practice is constantly working to add more dental insurance plans so check with us to see if your plan has recently been added. In addition, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, and Medicare Advantage plans may also be accepted at this local practice.
Medicaid
Medicaid is also accepted at this practice. Showing proof of coverage is required. Prior authorization for services may be required before treatment. Must have a valid state ID.
If you don’t see your insurance plan on the list of insurance providers, you may be eligible to file an out-of-network claim for coverage. Your local Affordable Dentures & Implants practice can provide support as you complete your treatment and file an out-of-network claim with your dental insurance plan. Talk with your local office about your options.
