The people there were very nice and they treated me very quick and it was a good all-round visit

I live four hours away and every time I see the staff there which is not much they still remember who I am. I feel like I could ask any question and they help me understand any concerns and even help me on my perspective, really puts me at ease.

I started my journey at the AF clinic and unfortunately the doctor there retired just before I received my final denture and I had to go to the West Valley location to pick them up. I will say for anyone starting there journey please have patience through the process. It’s an emotional roller coaster. Change is hard, even if it’s better. Each step changes your face. Just when you get used to looking a certain way and accepting it then it’s time to change the look again. When I got my final denture I hated it. The teeth looked too big, too long. When I smiled they looked good in pictures but when I looked in a mirror it’s like they magnified and got huge and just weird in my mouth. I wanted so bad to write a bad review I was angry. But I waited and over the past month I’ve had a love-hate feeling for my new teeth. Even my husband had to get used to the new look. Now I kind of like them. Sometimes I even love the new look. I think there’s a moment of body dismorphia or something that we have to get past with each step. The staff at the West Valley location has been super nice and super friendly during my adjustments. The doctor also very nice though I’ve only talked to him once at the time I was freaking out a little. That said I did have credit due to me that was supposed to have been refunded and I haven’t seen a refund yet. Nothing to do with the West Valley location, so either the AF location or corporate itself has kept money owed back to me. I’m really hoping I miraculously get a check in the mail soon.

Everyone was attentive and extremely friendly. Explained everything.

The staff and the dentist were very thorough,and helpful . It's where I got my dentures ten years ago and I recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.
