I thought I had appointment with them but it was somebody else and they came in and carried me back and we talked about what I needed to do about my teeth and I really appreciate how they handled it

Just came here on 01-14-26. I requested off from work to come up here a couple days prior because on the website and the phone it says they do wisdom tooth extractions with no insurance for around $200. I get there and they make me fill out paperwork, and they refer me to an oral surgeon. I requested off to be here but i’m upset that i was lied to over the phone and my time was wasted. Do not come here if you have a wisdom tooth that needs pulled.

Dear friends. I called in to schedule an appointment to be fitted for new dentures as I have worn them since Oct., 2006. Prior to my call I thought for sure it would be 2-3 weeks before I could get in to be fitted. Easy-peezy as no xrays, etc would be needed. I had the ABSOLUTE PRIVILEGE OF SPEAKING TO A LOVELY YOUNG LADY NAMED LISA. I could not believe it. This is Tuesday, 11/18 In the afternoon and she got me in for Thursday morning of 11/20. Lisa even worked around my diabetic husband's meds and meal schedule. WOWWWW-WEEEEE!!! I am both delighted and impressed by Lisa's attitude, professionalism and care for not only my needs but also the speed in which I wanted this done. And though sensitive to my needs and wants, Lisa also had the most darling British accent. Lisa, your supervisors are Blessed to have you and so are all of the customers of Affordable Dentures. You relieved me of my anxiety of facing the holidays without dentures as this great-great grandma is proud of her wrinkles as I have earned every one of them honestly. However, without dentures gravity has not been kind. Anyway, I am absolutely excited to have new dentures soon and to smile large and pretty for photos again with our family. LISA, with the British accent, Thank You Honey for your hard work to get me in so quickly. EVERY COMPANY SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE LIKE YOU ON STAFF AS REGARDLESS OF WHAT THE OBSTACLE, YOU COULD TALK THE GREEN OFF A LEAF. Or in otherworlds, you young lady are amazing at your job. If I wasn't already retired I would do everything in my power to hire you for my team and would absolutely place you at number 1 as far as your salary goes. SO, AFFORDABLE DENTURES, PLEASE SHOW YOUR LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR AMAZING EMPLOYEE AND HER JOB WELL DONE. AS NOT ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES EVEN CARE. It would literally hurt our hearts to learn that you ignored our appreciation and request. And please, it would make us so incredibly happy to hear that Miss Lisa got at least a small raise in salary. As former very successful business owners employees like Lisa do not grow on trees! At least .40 cents per hour as it would most certainly show the other employees what the reward for TRUE DEDICATION looks like. Otherwise, I very highly doubt they will know. I have a lot of "pull" with all of these LOVELY LADIES, as I am Secretary and Treasurer of the Ladies Auxiliary (all 324 of us,) and Thanks to Lisa, I most definitely will be recommending Affordable Dentures on Allen Rd., Nashville, TN 37214. My needs were taken care of with no problem. I was told if there were any more questions or problems to please contact them and they would be able to care of them. Very helpful.
