There’s a difference between basic polite service and genuine care, and this team has it. I highly recommend the Dickson location if you want to be treated like family. I want to give a massive shout-out to Taylor. She wasn’t just a technician the day I came in; she was someone who truly understood the emotional weight of my journey. Taylor empathized with me in a way I didn't expect, showing she cared deeply about more than just the technical work—she cared about what getting my smile back would actually mean for my life. I left feeling seen, loved and supported. Taylor, thank you for caring about the person behind the smile.

I broke my dentures the night before flew into Nashville. I walked in to get them fixed and they took a look at them right away. They weren’t fixable but they worked me in and provided me a new pair while working around my schedule. It is the first time I have ever got dentures that were truly plug and play. These dentures are the best I have ever had made!

I went in for a consultation and the doctor was very informative and straight with me and Makayla was great she was very informative and sympathetic with my fears and concerns. I will be going back to get my dental work done.

Started my implant journey with them in June of 2025. Let me just say, this place goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. The employees from the front desk to behind the scene are amazing. I ask a lot of questions and sometimes it’s misconstrued as criticism, the staff was great and very understanding of me being a “worrier” which really helped put my mind at ease. I just left with my new snap in dentures and let me tell you, I literally cried when I was able to bite completely through a Popeyes chicken sandwich (my absolute favorite) without my teeth coming out (fought with a very ill fitting set of traditional dentures from a different company for 2 yrs). I highly recommend Dr Elrod and his entire staff. Thank you all so very much, from the bottom of my heart.
