I really loved all the employees especially the dentist Taylor he literally felt like a friend. The only hang up we had was waiting on the components for my lower denture implant connection. Thank you very much and I'm pleased with my new smile

I went for a new full set of dentures, the experience was very thorough and was done in a timely manner. The dentist and his staff all very pleasant, kind and caring of my specific dental needs. The office clean and organized. I'm very happy with the final product and can now eat normal food again, not just soft diet. I am disappointed that the company has chosen to close the Bend, OR branch. I appreciate all they did for me. Thank you.

My experience is not the “happy ever after” experience. But I’m hoping it will end up that way once we're at that point. I do resent that Affordable is closing the Bend location without a care in the world about what happens to me and others in my situation. I don’t want to drive around 2 hours (each way) to attend 15 minute adjustment appointments. Gas is expensive!! That’s not what I signed up for. This is nothing against Dr. Pennington & staff. Affordable should continue my care thru completion at the Bend location. That’s what I signed up for!

My only surprise in this medical services experience was how quick I am getting my dentures. I got an appointment for a consultation and was amazed at the quality of the staff and got my impressions taken for the upper partial. I was told that I would be scheduled for my new teeth in 3 weeks.

The doctor was so calm, reassuring and incredibly kind. He was very patient with me as I kept asking so many questions He did such excellent work and I didn’t feel any negative affects at all. It was probably the best time I’ve ever had in a dentist office. Seriously. I am being 100% honest thank you very kindly and thank you for that wonderful Dentist and everybody in that office.

I went in for a consultation and everyone there was so awesome! Kelly at the front was so nice and easy to talk to. Dr Pennington took his time going everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience. I am excited to start my treatment plan for implants.
