By far the BEST experience I’ve had in any dental setting. They were all extremely polite & thorough with explaining everything & making sure I understood all the options available as well as the cost and the potential outcome of each. The manner in which they conduct business & treat their patients is ultimately why I chose to use them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10!!!

I lost three teeth on the left side due to decay caused by severe nighttime grinding. Dr. Achkar performed bone grafting and placed all three implants with outstanding results. The implants look excellent on X-rays, and the crowns fit and bite flawlessly. I cannot tell any difference in chewing between the two sides of my mouth. Dr. Achkar and the staff at Affordable Dentures and Implants of Sylvania are some of the friendliest and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with, and the entire workflow was smooth and well organized. The cost of all my procedures was the lowest among every clinic I consulted, and pricing was clearly explained and fixed from the beginning—there were no unexpected charges. I highly recommend this clinic.

Where do I start? If anyone is frightened to start their journey to get dentures dont be. If any of you grew up in the 50s and 60s, any visit to a dentist back then brought an instant horror film to mind. No worries! This practice with Dr. Achkar, Zach, Stevie, and Beth will completely change that image as it did for me. They are all patient, friendly and professional. Pain was my biggest fear. With this office I had all my teeth removed plus a procedure to the bony prominence to the roof of my upper palate. Not only did I have little pain after but I had absolutely no swelling! Truth! First time in my entire life. Thank you Dr. Achkar! These professionals are kind, and very patient answering all your questions even after they already explained everything. My dentures are beautiful. I couldn't get implants due to my osteoporosis. My upper denture fits well. They worked with me on ways to secure my lower denture and I am now able to keep them in. As you can tell, I highly recommend this office with all these life changing sweet people!

Affordable Dentures and Implants of Sylvania has one of the best staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did Dr. Achkar fix a previous implant I had done at a different place, but he, along with Zach and Beth, also made me feel truly welcomed and heard. Throughout the entire process, they clearly explained what they were doing, continuously checked on how I was feeling, and answered all of my questions and concerns. They were also very quick to fix or adjust anything when needed. They made my 1.5 hours drive and the entire implant process worth it. If you want dental work you can trust and a staff that genuinely cares, you won’t be disappointed coming here! My implant looks amazing, and after a month, it still feels just as sturdy. I can finally smile with confidence again. Thank you all so much!
