Everything is clean and they have up-to-date technology and every step is made easy. There is no pressure and everything is explained. The dentist was the kindest professional I've encountered in a long time and puts you at ease. The technician was kind and reassuring knowing I was nervous because of bad experiences I've had with other Dental offices in my past. My husband very much needed an upper denture. He went in today for extractions at the office in West St. Paul. I thought the receptionist was excellent, So friendly, helpful and caring. Everything was so efficient, the nurse gave great post op instructions. The nurse was very caring and answered all our added questions. Dr. B. Sim was kind and friendly. If someone is postponing getting dentures, this is the place to go. Prices seemed reasonable. Do it for yourself to have a nice smile. TEETH ARE IMPORTANT. Thank you. Jean H.
