I'm Michele Whitt who had the appointment. But they were great. Everyone was so nice. I wasn't Afraid at all. I usually don't like to go to the dentist but they made me comfortable. They deserve a raise. Lol

As always, every visit I have had / all the way back to the Pell City office some 15- 20 years!!! All are excellent and caring and professional- while also listening and hearing what the patients are saying and going above and beyond - I am sure that goes to one and all!!! Love all the people who are there!! Truly the best and amazing crew!!! Thx for all you have done for me!!!💕💕🐾🐾

From the moment I arrived at my appointment, I was impressed. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. From the young lady at the front desk to the one who did my x-rays, I was welcomed and reassured. I, honestly, cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shannon. She was warm, gracious, and very knowledgeable. She took her time explaining what was going on with my mouth and then more time explaining the different treatment options available. She shared her expert opinion as well, which made me feel more confident that I’d come to the right place. Lastly, they shared a breakdown of what everything would cost and discussed with me my financing options. That part really blew me away!! After insurance, it was about half what I had expected to pay! I’ll be going back in a few weeks and suspect that my anxiety will be much better having had such a wonderful experience.
